Reloading without changes on build command

Denon reloading when run build command

To Reproduce
make a .ts file and run denon bunde file.ts file.js

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.

Configuration or Project
Here is denon config. The first command runs as intended, but the second command reloads infinitely without making file changes
