As we continue to mature our processes, it's crucial to involve our stakeholders and customers in the journey. This ticket serves to develop public-facing documentation outlining our incident response plan and on-call process. We'll then ensure effective communication of these protocols to our partners and stakeholders.

There is an outline of our incident response/on call process on our wiki. The audience should be tailored to our internal team and we should be able to use this to quickly get new hires up to speed. This might involve creating a new wiki page; or adding to (draft) Incident Response. In the case of the former, please edit the latter so that it at minimum links to the new page.
We have decided how we will communicate this change, and decided on a date to send the communication out.
