There are few issues with Manila and I just want to document them and make sure we review them:

1. There is no left nav on the Stories listing page. This is a known issue because of the odd configuration and this is being worked on separately as it impacts all of Manila not just Stories listing
2. The breadcrumbs are not working for me. When I clicked the "Manila VA Clinic" crumb, I was taken to a 404 page. However there is a chance that this is a Tugboat issue, perhaps the facility is actually not published?
3. The <title> of the Stories listing page is missing the second section, what I am seeing is Stories | | Veterans Affairs however again this might be because the content for Manila VA Clinic is not in the Tugboat instance

We should confirm these items are content issue and not something else though.

How can we see the problem? (repro steps)

1. Please include a set of steps that allows an independent tester to see the problem.
2. Write them so that after the defect is fixed, the steps will result in the expected result.
3. It is helpful to write the steps methodically so they can be the foundation of an automated test.
