Ability to reference an Azure DevOps Work item to link PR to

So for our agencies repo's we have branch policies on every production branch that each PR need an associated and linked work item. There doesn't seem to be (or its not documented) a way to pass an ID value to the docker container to link a work item to the auto-gen PR for the sake of these types of branch policies.

would like to be able to pass an integer value of ID to the image which will then link the work item with that ID to the auto-gen PR
