Deprecated to prevent confusion

• this package is unfinished, with no end near and doesn't work
• it confuses people that there is a working solution
• by broken window theory I'd expect it to work, as https://github.com/rectorphp/rector itself does

To prevent this confusion, this package is deprecated, until someone will come with working and maintainable solution
