Add feature to burn/swap default frozen NFT for a non-frozen NFT

Overview

For now, NFT:s that have been minted with default frozen set to true will not be allowed to be exported to simplify some things. Instead, the plan is to build a feature to burn those NFT:s and replace them with non-frozen ones.
