Ignore URL or domain

Hello, my team has been using this package and loves it. We were looking for a feature to ignore domains or urls. We are using it in Jenkins for many sites. In almost all scenarios we have a page linking to external vendors. These vendors may have pages that never fully load, pages that time out, etc. We only want to ignore these sites, but keep checking the rest. In some CMS applications, adding rel="nofollow" will not work, because it may be applied to every external url on that page.

Another request is a flag to show the FULL url. Sometimes they are shortened and in jenkins we don't have the original url.
