Game folder is empty after downloading Fortnite

Operating system and version: Windows 11
Legendary version (legendary -V): legendary version "0.20.34", codename "Direct Intervention"

Expected Behavior

Game normally downloads in game folder.

Current Behavior

Game folder is empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Fortnite from manifest and set your game folder to something.
2. Open the folder after it's done downloading.

Additional information

I set the game folder to I:\Builds\281 but I didn't create the 281 folder, does that matter?
I didn't get any warnings or errors before and after downloading.
I checked %temp% and no files from Legendary.

And also the installed game shows in legendary list-installed.

I found where it was installed. For some reason it installed in the Music folder when I set it to I:\Builds\281.
