OBS crashing

Started using this plugin recently, it seems to crash whenever iam streaming/recording and i open or close a game. Heres the popup OBS shows uppon the crash https://imgur.com/a/NFkMTNt.
Using AMF with a RX 6650XT.
crashing for me too, also an AMD user on windows. specifically radeon rx 6600
though, i'm not getting a popup, obs just stops responding and then closes.
this only happens when encoding the stream with the gpu, specifically i'm using the AMD HW H.264 (AVC) encoder
steps i take to reproduce this 100% of the time:
enable region of interest feature
have some regions of interest
have some sources (ones i use heavily involve spout)
start streaming
move, crop, edit, or disable a source
watch as obs crashes, without a popup
Same with RX7800XT
