Licensing for the Code and Music

I found this project today and I love it! I want to dive into the code and start tinkering, but first I want to confirm which license the code falls under and which license the music made using the code/website falls under.
I don't think there is a license listed in the project or readme. Is it safe to assume that the GitHub "No License" is the intended license? Is the music that is created with the software meant to be Public Domain or something specific?
I could be overthinking this, but I just want to check. Thanks!
