Update create-mechanic to copy whole projects instead of just single functions

Initially create-mechanic only kept track of single design functions and used the same folder structure base to create new projects, but ever since adding custom inputs, this became limiting to include examples that use custom inputs.

So I'll update this to include whole projects bases, and hopefully include Munus' examples he created last year.
