Title with quote bad display

There is a bug:

When a title that contains a quote is loaded in the autocomplete (eg: when entering the title of a question), the quote (") is displayed as (&quot) when the question is selected from the autocomplete.

You can see an example of this by:

1. Go to https://www.designwall.com/ask/
2. Type "how to deal with " in the "Title" field.
3. Select the first suggestion that comes up
