missing b6, r6 fluxes at 20240919 expid 253912 (KPNO)

@mlandriau noticed that integrated flux QA is missing for b6 and r6 in expid 253912 on 20240919, the first arc calibration of the night. Oddly, the NERSC instance is not missing anything. The issue did not affect subsequent exposures at KPNO.

NERSC and KPNO should be in sync. Check this is the case and if there are any warnings in the QA logs. If this doesn't recur over the next week, close the ticket.
