Adding Graph ID to URL

Right now there's no way to bookmark a GIFSmos page with the graph already loaded. Would be nice to update the URL when the graph loads with the graph id, or conversely, to be able to go to /:id or /calculator/:id to automatically load the graph.
For example, it would be nice if going to gifsmos.com/calculator/j9xomcnven loaded the graph you get at desmos.com/calculator/j9xomcnven
