Scrubber in bootstrap columns

The scrubber doesn't appear to be functioning quite right if it's not in the leftmost column using bootstrap's grid system. Here's an example: http://jsbin.com/EBuJuFAk/1/
Note that the scrubber is still functional, but it's as though the thumb is really to the left of where it's displayed. Maybe this has something to do with the setValueFromPageX function?

I submitted a pull request to (I think) fix this.
