Add USB Bandwith mesurement like usbtop * enhancement*

Is it possible to integrate a Measurement of the actual USB-Speed like usbtop [https://github.com/aguinet/usbtop] or something else to show the current bandwidth of the USB-Bus or Device (Traffic to-Device / to-Host) for Windows?
Description: "usbtop is a top-like utility that shows an estimated instantaneous bandwidth on USB buses and devices at linux (USBMon needed)"
This would be very helpful for debugging USB communication between HOST and Device.
