can i download sms back up reader 2 or is it only available online via browser?

hello!
when i click on your link "open the app", it opens in the browser. there is no download link for the app. did i miss something? can you explain?
now i found a download link, i guess, here: https://github.com/devadvance/sms-backup-reader-2/releases/tag/v0.2.0
i downloaded it. i never know how it works to install an app with zipp. there is no exe datei. so i extracted the zip package. but what is the next step? how to install the app on my laptop? in the read me is written "You can access the app here: http://mattj.io/sms-backup-reader-2/".. ?? i do not understand! no install-instruction. can somebody explain?
