[Feature Request] Permissions for teleportation

Can we maybe get permissions for the teleportation part of the plugin?
I love the plugin to keep track of my death points but it's a little annoying that anyone can teleport with the plugin which isn't a feature I'm looking for.
If that could be done, I'd be very happy and thankful! :)
