can't use touch input to manipulate model

I downloaded this hoping it would let me interact with my model in a a touch capacity (I'm on a windows surfacebook pro). Didn't work.
It also doesn't work using the OEM onshape website in a browser. Any insights the challenges associated with allowing for touch on this app?
