The README at its current state doesn't server it's purpose well enough, it needs a major face lift.
It should AT THE LEAST show;
- Instructions on setting up the dev environment for developing the developersIndia website.
- Licensing & copyright notices.
- What the project is about, what does it stand for & what is it supposed to achieve.
