Support the Gatling Java API

The extension only supports the Scala API, and has not been updated to take advantage of the Java API introduced in Gatling 3.7.0.
It would be really cool if we supported the Java API, as it would open up implementations for Java, Kotlin, and other JVM languages that don't fit into the Scala API.

The Java API has been added in #28 and released in 3.10.2
