For users who only need vector operations.

Thoughts on adding a minimal version with only:

  • GDAL
  • GEOS
  • PROJ

Actually, it appears to work just fine if I remove the so files I don't care about.

Just re-read the readme. Guess this is not something of interest for a general version push to docker-hub.
