Open-firmware files missing

The links to old open-firmware docs we were hosting at https://www.devicetree.org/open-firmware/ are broken.

It looks like the links for /schemas/ and /meta-schemas/ are broken as well. These were just links to tell people there aren't schemas here because the schema IDs use URLs. Best I can tell, commit e331a6f (the "new" website) broke both of these.

Sorry about that, Rob. I've restored the missing files and fixed the schema links.
