Clear button on the Config Editor doesn't clear configs

Expected - Resets to the default select all i.e removes all other configs (group, join e.t.c.).

Behaviour

• First click clears configs for the currently active clause e.g if filter is active, remove filter configs
• On first click, rename Clear to Clear All
• On first click, set a timer for 3 secs that returns the text to it's original value and resets that click count
• On second click while caption is Clear All, reset configs to default
