Change 'contains' to be 'Regex' with some more descriptions of what that means

'Contains' on the DDW is not intuitive for a non-technical person. It is in fact Regex so if someone puts 'health', they will not be getting every free text that contains 'health'. They would only get things exactly equal to 'health'. It is not intuitive for someone to do '%health%'.

I think the best way to deal with this is retain user versatility but guide them better. Name it 'Regex' and give them a link to a guide on how to use that.
