Map and profiles: should Wallis and Futuna etc. have profiles?

Country profiles: though there is very little data on it, it currently gets a profile page as it is set to a "recipient" in the "donor-recipient-type" column. How do you want to treat these cases?
Map: on the map (data hub landing page, any particular set of countries / territories to include/exclude?
