Expected behavior

As a devonfw user visiting the Docs section, I don't want to see duplicate or blank documents.

Some examples:

There are 2 pages for CICDGEN, one is blank and the other one is functional (https://devonfw.com/website/pages/docs/master-cicdgen.asciidoc.html):

Same for CobiGen CLI (https://devonfw.com/website/pages/docs/master-cobigen.asciidoc_cobigen-cli.html):

There is a blank CobiGen page (https://devonfw.com/website/pages/docs/master-cobigen.asciidoc_cobigen.html):
