Evaluate different tools and find alternatives to docgen for devonfw website generation, keeping in mind how the current implementation(docgen processing) is happening.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Document the comparison of docgen with different tools.
- Recommend one tool/software after discussing with team/onsite counterparts.
