Hello and thank you for this interesting Action, @rajbos!

I would be interested in applying your Action in some of my repositories as I hope to solve the problems regarding my workflows, there, but unfortunately, this repository does not have a license, yet. Thus, I do not know which terms and conditions apply for using this project.

I would like to ask you to consider adding a license, please.
