Set a Low Inventory Threshold when creating a new Inventory record

As a Inventory Manager
I want to set the "low inventory" threshold for every item
So that the appropriate alert will show when the stock falls below a certain point

Assumptions

Acceptance Criteria
Given that I create a new Inventory, I expect one of the attributes of the Inventory record will be "Low Inventory Threshold"
I expect this will be an int attribute
