As a Inventory Manager
I want to see a notification every time an Inventory is at a count of 0
So that I know it is out of stock
Assumptions
Acceptance Criteria
Given that an inventory record count falls from >0 to 0, then I expect a notification or an indication that the inventory is out of stock
