Feature: Allow Empty Variables in Save As Plugin

🔖 Feature description

As of now we do not allow Empty variables to be passed in Custom Script task due to which user is unable to use save as plugin feature if they want to add a plugin which contains some optional input variables.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

If they configure the variables with some values then it would get propagated to the saved plugin which does not actually addresses the usecase.
