Feature Request: Dynamic menu title

The menu in the upper right corner is hard-coded to 'Layouts'. I think this would be a much more useable theme if users could change that title from their .toml or .yaml file.

Hi, @colonelpopcorn thanks for this idea and the PR. The menu item "Layouts" comes from the original HTML demo theme and maybe doesn't need to be hardcoded into the theme at all. I'm not sure if it's better to make it configurable or just to remove it altogether. My thinking is that people using this theme will probably want to build their own menu system.

I'm planning some updates to the theme in the coming months so I will look into it more at that time. Thanks again for the suggestion!
