The getting started guide contains instructions for building Dex from source using go get. We should promote using the prebuilt docker images instead.
The source installation instructions should be updated and optionally moved to the development section (see #77)

I've been going through the "running a client" section of the getting started page. As a complete dex beginner, I'm not able to get it running.
It compiles correctly, and this may be an audience level issue--where I'm not the target audience, it seems like there are some steps missing -- I'm not sure what else needs to be running in order for the example to work.
