Application error when exiting a Homebrew

When you create a Homebrew Loader forwarder an then launch a homebrew from it, and finally you exit the homebrew by exaple, pressing + button or using an exit option inside the homebrew yo didn't exit to HSO as usual but get an application closed by an error.

I think must be related to:
