LMA not always m.lf/a.lf

Hendrik Poorter noted that in most cases ma.ilf indeed is m.lf a.lf, but not in all, like line 18354

In baadanalysis I recalculate LMA as m.lf/a.lf, so no problem there. I have noticed this before and think can be traced back to original data (i.e. LMA was reported from subsample, but different from m.lf/a.lf in actual data).

For Claveau2005, ma.ilf never matches m.lf/a.lf, probably because a.lf in the original data was scaled up by using ma.ilf measured on individual leaf age classes, weighed by m.lf in the leaf age classes. So it is not clear what ma.ilf in the dataset is (average across age classes)?
This would solve 60% of this problem.
