Green button popup stops working after minimize or fullscreen on macOS

Hovering the mouse over the green button should show a popup to go into FullScreen, or snap and cover the left half of the screen, or right half.
After minimizing or fullscreening, then restoring, the green button popup does not appear anymore. After resizing the window, the popup will work again.
