when command should not consider future vacation time

On Thursday the 15th I asked when I'd be done for the payperiod and it said

when: pp
you were done at 12:59:48 PM on Friday, 16 October 2020
It is including some vacation time I mean to take on Friday into the calculation and giving me a bad time.
