functional attribute for systems

Set a functional attribute for the system model. This should be a boolean value indicating that this system is not in scope for the investigation (e. g. GRR server, appliance, SIEM server and so on).

This should only be setable in manual edited forms.

An additional white tag (maybe better: additional systemstatus with white or black background?) could be imaginable.

This value should be evaluated in export functions (spreadsheets, markdown, ...) and therefore not exported because not in scope for investigation.

This is mainly realized by new systems export attribute (see #2). Also systemstatus and systemtype are available for this. So there is nothing more to do here.
