Analyse and Report on Github Starring Behaviour

I think there may be an interesting opportunity to report on an individual's starring behaviour. I know that a friend at work (@domdere) noticed I loved to star things (I admit I do get carried away) and I also have a pet peeve with people self starring.

While it probably adds no real value to OSRC it could be good for a laugh :)
