Link to the SDE database connection will break thus need to fund an alternative to pull data

- Using Andrew Doolittle and Adriana Rivas-Ruiz data inputs / options - to test/decide which one would be the best to connect to, and update RR SARA section - Andrew to provide info about this.
- Quentin to investigate merge layer because this could be a short-term solution
- Where does Erick store merge layer - Yussuf to find out.

I noticed that some of the SARA data (Eg. draft critical habitat) is already published in the EGIS server, if there is enough data there, that may be the most straightforward solution here.
