Fix dataview's broken stats

As I mentioned in the final commit for #112, I think that the dataview app's statistics have been broken probably since I implemented datetime localization to everything. I know that, sometime prior to that, things were being tallied accurately, and now the stats are definitely way out of par with what's recorded and even the data that's being displayed on the graph.

This one needs to be fixed pretty urgently. Can't have our most important functionality returning inaccurate information like this...
