Detailed dataview interval graph has incorrect axis information (phase out scale_factor?)

The intervals between usages graph on the detailed dataview is incorrectly labeled on the vertical axis; it should probably have scale_factor phased out, at least that's what I think is causing this. Anyway the axis should be labeled in hours. I believe that once scale_factor is phased out this will be handled automatically by D3.js.

After this is fixed we can probably tag a new release.

A fix has been made for this; I will be creating a new issue, however, as if there is any difference of an order of magnitude or more between the highest and lowest dosages it can make the lowest ones unusable. This is a new, mostly unrelated bug.
