Increase the maximum length for navigation field

The navigation link text field is too short to even put in 'Administration Records', had to shorten it to 'Admin Records'. This should be the longest link name that we have, so even just 5 characters added should be enough.

Make that 10 characters, it's more than 5 characters that won't fit in 'Detailed Administration Records'. :P
