This repository is a supplement for paper Telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of Phaeodactylum tricornutum.

All sequencing files can be found on the European Nucleotide Archive under study accession ERP126598.

All scripts to reproduce the images found in figs are available under chunk, using data from the data folder. Large files need to be unzipped before running the scripts.
