paused watches are still checked

Describe the bug
I have a couple watches paused in my list but they are still checked at the configured interval.

Version
v0.46.04

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add watch for https://changedetection.io/CHANGELOG.txt to check at 1 day interval
2. pause it
3. look at the value in the "Last Checked" column some time after the check interval has passed
4. (mine shows "1 day ago" for a paused watch, one week after I paused it)

Expected behavior
I expected pausing to stop the service from checking the watched site.

Does it actually just pause notifications? I guess I'm not clear on the intended behavior of the pause button.
