Describe the bug
Paused watches are checked after edits.

Version
0.46.04

To Reproduce

  1. Pause watch
  2. Do some edit (example edit watch's title)
    = watch is checked / executed

Expected behavior
Logically i think paused watches should not be checked / executed after edits. (they should not be executed untill unpaused)
