[feature] make the search function more visible (especially on mobile)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've only noticed the search feature years after starting to use changedetection, and only because I was pointed to it from another issue #2854). On mobile, we need to scroll horizontally to even see the search icon.

Describe the solution you'd like
The search function works great, but it's not super visible, neither on desktop nor on mobile as it's hidden in a corner of the page, as a simple icon, and we need to click it to activate the feature. On mobile, by default I only see changedetection.io / groups / settings at the top of the page, it's not obvious we have to scroll.
I'd like the option to change the position of the menu items, so I could access the search easily.
Or make the search function more visible by default, without the need to click an icon.

Additional context
Maybe I can work on some userscript to achieve this on desktop, but unsure on mobile how to do it.
