Any solution about how to use this if we made our account in the Health Mate app using the Sign In with Apple method? There's a dummy e-mail address that Apple sends it, but there's no password.

There's no option to do it in the app. If you try it on the website, you have to enter an e-mail. I've tried my main e-mail and the dummy e-mail made when the Sign In with Apple was used, but I never receive the confirmation e-mail with link to change the password. No, it's not in my spam folder.

I apologise, i should have been more clear.
Visit https://account.withings.com/connectionwou/account_login?r=https://healthmate.withings.com/ and tap on „Forgot your password?“, type in the email address which was generated for you and follow the instructions.

If you can not receive the email, check if you are still allowing the generated email address to forward emails to your AppleID.

That's the site I meant when I said "if you try it on the website." I've entered both my main e-mail and the e-mail generated by the "Sign In with Apple" feature. I never received any e-mail with the password reset option. Yes, I am still receiving forwarded e-mails from Withings frequently.

i see, then your safest bet is probably going through apple‘s customer support
