Can libvirt be installed on Debian Stretch ?

I am trying to follow this https://wiki.debian.org/KVM tutorial but i cant
find libvirt-bin on Stretch.

Is there any replacement of this package

The package was split into two parts:

libvirt-daemon-system
libvirt-clients

In most cases you probably want both of them at the same time.

Thank you.
I think that the README.md («Quick start instructions» section) should modified according to this case.
At least for main distros (debian, redhat, ubuntu).
